Procurement Savings
Procurement savings of £30million will be realised over the 12 year contract. This allows investment in frontline services for citizens.
The Annual Plan is agreed with our client and sets out savings initiatives for the coming 12 month period. The savings are achieved through volume agreements with suppliers and the continuing success of the service is reliant upon Performance Management, in th tracking and delivery against these targets.
